Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and that your payment method has been authorized.

After your order is received, we begin processing it by verifying product availability with the manufacturer. If an item is available for immediate shipment, your payment will be finalized and the order will be released for shipment.

If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you by email to provide next steps. You may choose to keep the order with an updated timeline or cancel the order for a full refund.

Order Shipment:

Please refer to the product page for item-specific lead times, as production and availability vary by manufacturer. Once shipped, most items arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Some products, due to high demand or limited availability, may only be available for backorder at certain times. If an item is on backorder, our customer service team will contact you with updated availability information.

If you require rush shipping, please contact us for available rates and options prior to shipment.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within four business days, please contact us at info@beautydirectpro.com.

Large items shipped via freight carriers (not UPS or FedEx) require a signature upon delivery. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

Returns & Exchanges:

Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are new, unused, and unopened.

All returned products must be sent back in their original packaging and include all parts, accessories, and components originally received. For warranty-related concerns, customers should contact the manufacturer directly.

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately upon delivery and report it to the delivery carrier. This is especially important for items shipped via LTL or freight carriers (not UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Approved returns include free return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved returns. There are no restocking fees.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
